For Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, our Rocketeers had an action-packed week full of mental health catch-ups, including a 'Looking After Your Mental Health' session, and a Mental Health Quiz, together with publishing our latest blog on "Empowering Mental Wellness: Rocket's Approach to Mental Health Support".
All line managers have also completed the 'Mental Health Skills for Managers' training, fostering open conversations about mental health. Official Mental Health and Neurodiversity Policies have been established, alongside a 'Wellbeing Action Plan' template integrated into regular employee-manager check-ins. At Rocket, we reflect on the significance of mental wellbeing and the steps to improve our support systems for all employees.
